These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications, websites, and online services operated by Liontude, LLC (“Liontude”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of Services
These Terms apply to all current and future Services operated by Liontude, including:

- Canada Citizen Now
- Australia Citizen Now
- UK Citizen Now
- Ciudadano Ahora (Spain)
- Related websites, tools, and content
- Sections within the apps or websites where Amazon affiliate products are displayed
Your use of our apps and any purchases through app stores is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of:
- Google Play Store
- Apple App Store
- Google Maps Platform / Google Places
- Amazon (for affiliate product listings)
2. Privacy and Personal Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect, use, and protect your information across all Services and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In summary:
- Our apps do not require user registration and do not ask you to enter personal details such as your name, email, or postal address.
- Third-party providers integrated in our apps—such as Google AdMob, Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, and Google Places—may collect device identifiers, IP address, usage data, and optional location information, which may be considered personal data under some laws.

3. Amazon Affiliate Products
Some parts of our website and apps may display or link to products available on Amazon through the Amazon Associates Program.
- When you click an Amazon product link, you are redirected to Amazon’s website.
- Amazon may collect and process information in accordance with its own privacy practices and terms.
- Liontude does not receive your Amazon purchase details, payment card information, or full browsing history on Amazon.
As required by the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement:
“As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.”
Liontude does not sell products directly through its own websites or apps. All purchases related to Amazon products are made on Amazon.
4. Optional Location Features (Legal Services Nearby)
Some apps include an optional feature that helps you find legal service providers near a selected location. To use this feature, you may:
- Allow the app to access your device’s location (GPS), or
- Enter a location manually (for example, a city, ZIP/postal code, or address).
Providing location information is optional. The app will still function if you do not provide location data, but the “nearby legal services” feature may be unavailable or less accurate.
We use the location you provide only to show nearby legal services using the Google Places API. We do not create user accounts and do not link location data to a personal profile. We do not store your precise location on our own servers.
Google may process location data according to its own terms and privacy policies (Google Maps Platform / Google Places).
5. App Store Purchases (Google Play and Apple App Store)
Some apps offer premium features or subscriptions (such as ad-free versions or additional content).
- All payments are handled directly by the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
- Liontude does not receive your full payment card details.
- Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies and terms of the respective app store.
By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the payment and subscription terms of Google or Apple.
6. Advertising
Our free apps may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
- Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, your consent (where required), and your device or Google account settings.
- You can manage ad preferences through your device settings and your Google account.

7. Third-Party Services
Our Services rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to:
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Google Analytics (usage analytics)
- Google Maps Platform / Google Places API (location-based features)
- Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)
- Sentry (error diagnostics and performance monitoring)
- Amazon (affiliate product display)
- Digital Ocean (hosting infrastructure and related services)
These third parties process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Liontude does not control and is not responsible for their independent practices.
8. Content and Educational Purpose
Our apps and content are independent educational tools. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by:
- USCIS or any U.S. government agency
- The Canadian Government
- The Government of the United Kingdom
- The Australian Government
- The Government of Spain
- Any immigration authority or political entity
Some content (such as sample questions, study materials, or governmental information) is based on public records and remains the property of the respective government entities.
The information provided through our Services is intended for study and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice. For legal or immigration decisions, you should consult a qualified professional or the official government sources.
9. Local Storage and Tools
Certain features, such as case status checkers, saved questions, or personal notes, may store data locally on your device only. This information is not transmitted to or stored on Liontude’s servers.
If you uninstall the app or reset your device, locally stored data may be lost.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services in any way that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to others
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems
- Interferes with or disrupts the normal functioning of the Services
- Copies, modifies, distributes, or creates derivative works from our content without authorization, except where expressly permitted by law
- Uses automated tools (such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to extract data, except where explicitly allowed
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
Except for government-issued public content and third-party trademarks or logos, all content and materials in the Services—including text, graphics, user interface, logos, icons, images, audio, and software—are the property of Liontude, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, unless permitted by law (for example, fair use or similar doctrines).
12. Accuracy and Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide accurate, current, and reliable information. However, the Services and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liontude, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
- Your access to or use of the Services
- Your reliance on any information provided by the Services
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content
- Interruptions, delays, or failures in the Services
- Actions or failures of third-party services (including Google, Apple, Amazon, Google Maps Platform, Digital Ocean, and others)
- Issues with app store payments, subscriptions, or refunds
- Results returned by tools such as legal services search or case status checkers
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
13. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect data related to the Services. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of digital data exchange.
14. Age Restrictions
The Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
If you believe that a child under 13 has used the Services or provided information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
15. International Users
Liontude, LLC is based in the United States. The Services may be accessed from other countries, and data related to your use of the Services may be processed in multiple jurisdictions by us and our third-party providers.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also provide additional notice within the apps or on our websites.
Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services.
